JAZZ ROOTS

JAZZ ROOTS: A Larry Rosen Jazz Series - is a concert performance series designed for Performing Arts Centers across America. The series includes educational and community outreach programs that are designed to focus on the musical DNA that connects various communities and peoples, while examining the African based roots of popular music in the Americas.

The JAZZ ROOTS series was launch in 2008 in Miami at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County. The sold out concert series continues in Miami for the 2009-2010 season, and has added the city of Dallas, at the new Dallas Center for the Performing Arts as a new member to the growing JAZZ ROOTS family.
